PNC employees have been volunteering at the Early Childhood Resource Center since the PNC Grow Up Great initiative was launched in the Greater Akron Region in April 2012. Since then, PNC employees have contributed over 2,600 hours of volunteerism and earned over $100,000 in Grants for Great Hours for the Early Childhood Resource Center alone.
Grants for Great Hours is a tiered incentive program where volunteers can earn grant dollars for the organizations they support by achieving specific volunteer hour goals.
